The Britannia Microphone Company will ensure that your microphone is returned to you in the condition agreed upon - by both you the customer and us the Britannia Microphone Company - prior to the repair and/or refurbishment of said unit(s) being undertaken.

We guarantee our workmanship and therefore offer a full money-back guarantee should you not be delighted with the service you receive from BMC. 

However should any pre-restorative testing highlight any fault or failure not deemed properly repairable by us, we withhold the right to contact the customer and bring this status of non-repair to their attention.
